INFORMATION WE GATHER
Information
we gather from the plan sponsor and/or eligible
employees assists R-TECH in providing 401(k)
plan services, plan administration and product
information. Any information provided to us
is for our use only. In order to furnish you
with the appropriate level of service, we may
provide, under strict confidence, plan and/or
participant information to those entities that
participate in servicing your plan. Any activity
on our web site will not result in the plan
sponsor or a plan participant being added to
a mailing list, unless we are specifically requested
to do so. We will not sell any information you
provided us on any of our electronic forms to
any third party.
Though
we make every effort to preserve user privacy,
we may need to disclose personal information
when required by law wherein we have a good-faith
belief that such action is necessary to comply
with an appropriate law enforcement investigation,
current judicial proceeding, a court order or
legal process served on our Web site, or as
required by law.
R-TECH
collects information on both the company and
eligible employees. Upon registering with us,
the plan sponsor will provide the name of the
company, an employer identification number,
details about the company's existing retirement
plans, and an e-mail address and other relevant
plan information. If you are an eligible employee
and/or a participant in an employer sponsored
R-TECH plan, your employer will provide us with
information about you, including name, social
security number, annual income, address, length
of service, gender, marital status, date of
hire, date of birth and email address and other
relevant plan information.
COOKIES
We
use cookies for a variety of purposes, some
of which are to make our site navigation quicker
and more convenient for you, session management
and to analyze page flow and usage. These cookies
are session specific and expire at the end of
your session.
We
also use permanent cookies to facilitate our
interactive online help feature. A unique session
ID is stored for each interactive chat conversation
that allows R-TECH to associate a client with
their profile. These cookies are user specific
and remain from session to session.
No
sensitive or private information is stored in

obtained from the plan sponsor and/or eligible
employees/plan participants may be shared by
R-TECH with our business partners. It is our
policy that we do not provide plan or participant
information unless this is in furtherance of
our providing service to you.

protocol address, referred to as an IP address.
We collect your IP address, browser type and
domain name. We use this information to gather
aggregate demographic information that will
assist us in providing you with services relevant
to your participation in your plan. We may use
your IP address to help diagnose problems with
our server and to administer our web site.
This
site contains links to other sites. We are not
responsible for the privacy practices or the
information provided by these linked sites.

at some point in the future, there is a change
