 Vijay K. Ahuja, CPC, CFP - President
 
The founder; has been involved in design, administration and consulting for retirement plans for the past 17 years.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and has earned the designations of QPA (Qualified Pension Administrator), CPC (Certified Pension Consultant) and CFP (Certified Financial Planner).

 
 Osmundo Bernabe, EA, MSPA - Consulting Actuary
 
He joined R-Tech Consultants, Inc. in 1990. He has more than 20 years of experience in the area of Plan Design, Plan Administration, Compliance Testing and Actuarial work in Pension Plans.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Colorado, his M.S. Degree in Mathematics from California State of University, Fresno and is an Enrolled Actuary.
